3•General Conditions

3•1 - International training payments are directed through the Regrarians Ltd. non-profit to further the objects of the company’s registered ‘Statement of Purpose’ (with ASIC).

3•2 - HeenanDoherty Pty. Ltd. provides professional training and services within Australia and internationally. When these services are provided in-person internationally, these are only where the business visa arrangements have been made by the individuals and entities to whom these services are provided.

3•3 - The Regrarians®, Regrarians Platform® and REX® trademarks and Regrarians logos are all the registered trademarks of Darren J Doherty.

3•4 - The Regrarians® trademark is herein and elsewhere used to describe the trainings and services provided by both Regrarians Ltd. & HeenanDoherty Pty. Ltd. and is also the brand used in social media by these company’s and their subsidiaries.

3•5 - All Regrarians professional liaisons are preferred within the ‘Regrarians Workspace’ digital platform

3•6 - All engagements require Regrarians Ltd. Directors, Lisa J Heenan & Darren J Doherty, along with Regrarians Senior Planner, Georgi Pavlov’s travel, accommodation and per diem to be paid for by those individuals and entities engaging Regrarians in-person services.

3•7 - All flexible economy flights, accommodation. comprehensive travel (and rental car) insurance and rental cars are booked through Qantas and its OneWorld Airlines partners. The level and type of flights, accommodation and rental cars are at the discretion of Regrarians (refer to sections 4•3 & 4•4)

3•8 - All invoices terms are ‘payment due upon receipt of invoice’.

3•9 - All training payments are benchmarked to the United States Dollar (USD) unless otherwise arranged or indicated

3•10 - All ‘Planning Element’ service fees provided in Australia and Aotearoa/New Zealand are benchmarked to the Australian Dollar (AUD$) unless otherwise arranged or indicated.

3•11 - Travel time is levied in addition to travel costs incurred.

4•Service Fees

~ The service fees provided here can be described as ‘base fees’ and are the benchmarks for any discounts provided according to various membership levels and other individual agreements made between Regrarians and individuals and entities

4•1 - Attendance - Australia & Aotearoa/New Zealand - AUD$200/hour

4•2 - Attendance - International - USD$200/hour

4•3 - Flexible economy class flights for all appearances organised by individuals and family-owned company’s - At Cost

4•4 - Flexible business class flights for all appearances organised by governments & non-family owned corporation - At Cost

4•5 - Accommodation; comprehensive travel and/or rental car insurance; visa preparation and postage - At Cost

4•6 - Per diem - Australian and international rates follow the latest Australian Tax Office provisions for the respective locations

4•7 - Travel time - Australia & Aotearoa/New Zealand - AUD$100/hour

4•8 - Travel time - International - USD$100/hour

4•9 - Attendance related disbursements - At Cost

5•Planning Elements*

5•1 - Water storage dams/ponds - USD$0.50/m³ of cut volume

5•5 - Agroforestry, orchards & tree crops - USD$30/ha

6•Memberships

6•1 - Discovery - USD$10 per month, 12 months minimum duration with Regrarians Workspace access included and some discounts

6•2 - Planner - USD$95 per month, 12 months minimum duration with Regrarians Workspace included, REX online farm planning course included and some discounts

6•3 - Deploy - USD$10 per month, 12 months minimum duration with Regrarians Workspace access included and some discounts

7• Licencing

7•1 - Regrarians Ltd. reserves all rights over any imagery, data, documentation, and files that are produced by Regrarians Ltd. All work is by default under a non-exclusive commercial license, meaning that you may still use the imagery, data, files and documentation that Regrarians Ltd. has produced for you during the service for your own commercial purposes, advertisement campaigns, education, publications, etc.

7•2 - Any imagery, data, documentation, and files that have been produced by Regrarians Ltd. may be used in Regrarians Ltd. advertising and promotional campaigns without requiring your prior permission. 

7•3 - Regrarians Ltd. shall be referenced as being the sole author of that aspect of the work (be it illustration, design, analytics, etc.) that Regrarians Ltd has been responsible for during the project everywhere where the work is used including in publications, advertising, courses, etc. Similarly, Regrarians Ltd. will reference you and/or your company as being the author of any aspect of the work you have been responsible for during the project (be it the design or aspects of it, documentation, plans, etc. upon which our visualisation work was based) so as to give credit where credit is due and avoid giving a false impression that Regrarians Ltd. has been solely responsible for all of the work. 

7•4 - You may not resell any of the imagery, data, files and documentation that Regrarians Ltd. has produced. This only means that you cannot take one of our illustrations or designs and, for example, put them for sale on a stock image website or as a standalone product somewhere for resale. You may, however, use the illustrations as part of your publications (such as books, design reports, video courses, etc.), educational activities, and so on and sell those. Similarly, Regrarians Ltd. will not resell the final outputs as a standalone product, but retains the right to use them in Regrarians Ltd. educational programs, services, and products for the purposes of education and promotion.

7•5 - You may not claim imagery, data, files and documentation that Regrarians Ltd. has produced as your own creation or claim authorship over them. In reciprocity, Regrarians Ltd. will not claim any aspect of the work you have been responsible for during the projects as being something Regrarians Ltd. has created or authored.

7•6 - The license is non-transferable, meaning that it applies only to you and/or your company.

7•7 - By contracting Regrarians Ltd. for this service, you fully agree to these terms and to our working process as outlined above.
