The Regrarians Platform® has proven itself over many thousands of projects to be the most robust yet flexible and integrated farm planning framework in the world.

Context

Successful farm planning is the result of first understanding then realising your context (and capabilities) and those of the climate and landscape you are working with.

Understanding yourself through the application of the Holistic Management® framework is our preferred starting point and the ‘Regrarians Platform® Checklist’ covers this and all we need to know.

Visit

While so much can now be done online, there is nothing like walking and talking, and sitting at a table together. With our capabilities we will analyse the landscape from its function to its infrastructure, and devise priorities for what needs to happen and in what order.

When onsite our kit includes the following tools to help us develop a closer understanding of your landscape:

We have been using digital design software since 1994 and continue to be world leaders in its application to farm planning.

  • AutoDesk Civil3D - earthworks design (or ‘grading’) & machine guidance system outputs

  • QCAD - 2D CAD design

  • Overyield - Bills of Quantities (BOQ) & tractor guidance system outputs

  • DroneDeploy - Aerial photography, photogrammetry & plant health analysis

  • Google Earth Pro - Satellite photography, client presentation

  • Mighty Networks - client liaison & project management

    Using Google Earth Pro we ask that you create and send a .kml or .kmz of your project boundary. If this is new to you then please watch this video on our YouTube channel to show you how.

    Using DroneDeploy you can use your own UAV to map your project and we will process it. Alternatively we can do this or work with local surveyors or drone pilots

    Walk, drive, ride and fly over the project area, generate how-to’s & troubleshoot—working towards the development of concept plans

    Sketch out the broad concepts for development and designation of landscape & management treatment options & processes

    Within the Regrarians Workspace and in online (or in-person) meetings, engage in a follow-up to the site visit (#8) and concept plan development (#9) process.

    Detailed technical plans and construction drafts developed to varying levels of details according to client expectations and budget.

    Short and long reports that outline the unique features of the project that you are undertaking the development and management of.

    Using Overyield software and our own templates we can develop longitudinal economic return-on-investment (ROI) models, as well as perform options analysis to compare different treatments and management processes

    Within the Regrarians Workspace and in online (or in-person) meetings feedback is a constant throughout the entire process however at this time it is ideal to review the detail plans, reports and other materials provided

  • 16•Visualisations

    Regrarians can produce realistic renders for marketing and to also help you interpret the future look (over time) of the property where these plans have been installed.

  • 17•Deployment & Management

    Through the Regrarians Workplace, online &/or on-site meetings we continue to provide support for as long as you need it. Each of the planning packages provide you with pricing and support options which are best suited to your needs.
