The Regrarians Institute’s farm planning education and EXtension hybrid (REXi) conference, with a 4 day on-farm conference and 1 year support on the Regrarians Workspace—our 5,500+ member education and extension platform. The 4 day on-farm conference is being held at the world famous Polyface Farm and will be led by Joel & Daniel Salatin and Regrarians’ Darren J. Doherty.

FAQ (based on actual questions asked)

• Are there many webinars or videos to watch before coming to the conference?
  
  There are 10 REX online farm planning webinars that are 2 hours each that, ideally, you would watch before the conference at Polyface. However you could get away with watching the first 5 of these, which would be 10 hours in total. The entire online component of this conference is hosted on the Regrarians Workplace

• How much work should be done before coming to the conference?
  
  As per item #4 on the REXi Experience section on this page, the only other task is to, 'create your own Google Earth Pro farm map'

• Is the conference the same price for a family of a participant or other people on the same project/farm?
  
  Unfortunately (and fortunately at the same time!) due to there being 3 presenters at the in-person conference (+ venue rent and catering), the margins on this training are very low. So no, there are no discounts on this event at this stage. 

• Is there a cancellation policy or cut-off date?
  
  We can confirm that this conference has had the support required to have it go ahead as planned. If for some reason the conference is cancelled for whatever reason at any time then a full refund of the event ticket paid minus $50 that Stripe doesn’t refund (USD$1150). All ticket funds are reserved in a special Stripe account for these reasons.  If you cancel then you will be refunded in-full prior to the cut-off date. If after the cut-off date then it will be a USD$1000 refund.
