Welcome to the ROC Masterclass

We are grateful that you have chosen to invest in the Regrarians ROC Masterclass. Please read on for what will come next. You can use the links that are included or follow the steps provided

1. Join the Regrarians Workplace
   
   Within 1 working day of your booking you will receive an invitation to join the Regrarians Workplace.
   
   If you have any trouble joining or the invitation doesn’t come through then please email info@regrarians.org directly or send a WhatsApp (use the QR Code Below) or text message to +61 472 686 675
   

2. Create your Profile
   
   It is important that when you join that you use your first and last name or full name. This is a professional space and not a social network, and so using your full name is very important.
   
   You may also chose to go into the profile settings and adjust those elements including your preferred language, if you want to use a two-factor authentication, and whether you want email notifications.
   

3. Get Oriented
   
   Once you have completed your profile, please go straight to the ‘WELCOME TO THE REGRARIANS WORKPLACE’ post as this gets you oriented with the platform and provides you with all you will need to get started.
   

4. ROC Masterclass Members Space
   
   This the hub for ROC Masterclass members and is where we will communicate with you as well as through the chat. Please read over ‘Welcome to the ROC Masterclass’ post as this provides all details of the package and instructs you how to get started and get the most from this experience.
   
   Once you have activated your Regrarians Workplace profile, please feel free to introduce yourself in the ‘Feed’. If you have any questions you can use also do so in the ‘Feed’ or contact the ROC Masterclass course lead trainer, Darren J Doherty, in a direct message using the Workspace’s chat service.
   

5. Platform transition from Workplace from Meta to Workvivo from Zoom

   
   On September the 1st 2025 the Workplace from Meta platform will be deprecated and as of July 1 2025 we have started developing the new Regrarians Workplace instance using the incredible Workvivo from Zoom platform.
   
   Best thing is that apart from being an amazing platform, our transition to Workvivo will involve a full migration of all of the posts and content from the last 7 years so none of what has made this so valuable to people will not be lost.
   
   Between now and September 1st 2025 we will be operating the Workplace from Meta-based instance and from September 1st it will go into read-only mode and in May of 2026 it will be closed altogether. We will open the new Workvivo-based instance in August of 2025 and we will manage your transition.
